LAS VEGAS, NV / ACCESSWIRE / August 4, 2016 / BRK, Inc. (OTCBB:BRKK), is pleased to announce, pursuant to the news release dated May 12 2016, it has completed the purchase of the patent application, patent assignment, technology, commercialization plan and all other intellectual property deriving from and pertaining to the live broadcast Helmet Camera System technology developed by iSee Automation Inc.

BRK would like to note, in previous news releases, the company referred to these as patents, when in fact it is a purchase of the patent application, and all associated technologies and intellectual property.
